Request D/HH Services

  • For Students
    Students may request captionist, interpreter, or cued speech transliterator services by submitting the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Student Service Request Form (Note: This form is for student requests only)
  • For the UWM Campus Community
    Non-student members of UWM may request Deaf and Hard of Hearing services for the UWM campus community.
