Congratulations are in order for Jessica Skinner who took second place, out-competing 12 other contestants, in the inaugural Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) event on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. This event was sponsored by The Graduate School, Office of Research, and UWM Research Foundation. The 3MT is an academic competition that challenges PhD students to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience.
