The Chancellor’s Enrollment Management Action Team (CEMAT) recently formed and charged a work group focused on undergraduate advising at UWM chaired by Gesele Durham (Academic Affairs), Kay Eilers (Student Affairs), and Phyllis King (Academic Affairs). The Work Group is studying and documenting the current environment of undergraduate advising with an eye towards identifying enhancements and improvement opportunities, and identifying national best practices that are appropriate for adoption at UWM. To learn more about the Work Group, please see https://uwm.edu/academicaffairs/academic_priorities/student-success/work-group-undergrad-advising/.

In order to engage as many perspectives as possible, the Work Group will be holding an open forum on April 30 in Zelazo 250 at 3 p.m. This open forum will serve as a mechanism for the work group to share what they have learned thus far and hear from you regarding your perspective and ideas. Please attend!
