I share with you sad news from Seth Zlotocha, Registrar:

On Thursday, January 11, Carla Behnke unexpectedly passed away. Carla worked at UWM for 20 years, spending the majority of that time as a Registration and Fee Specialist in the Registrar’s Office after starting her career on campus in the Chemistry Department. Carla cared deeply about not only the service she provided to students – and it was top notch service – but also the people who got to work with her along the way. Always ready with a smile and willing to help, Carla was as good a person as she was a colleague. She is missed. Her obituary is online.
